You should go for anxiety counseling, when you have physical symptoms
like dizziness, rapid heart, nausea, fatigue, insomnia and breathlessness

It is often said that anxiety is a normal reaction to stress. It helps one handle work pressure at office, study harder before an exam, keep your concentration fixed before an important speech. The treatment for anxiety disorders differs from person to person as different individuals have different kinds of disorder. Some of the anxiety counseling methods include medication, self-help, therapy, alternative medicine, or any combination of these methods.

As anxiety can also lead to panic attacks or even social phobia.

So it is better to go for anxiety counseling, before it reaches a stage where you end up with other problems. Receiving an anxiety counseling can be an effective way to help you deal with your anxiety. There are different types of counseling and these depend on the kind of anxiety you are suffering from.

You can go for face-to-face counseling, which is often regarded as the best for treating anxiety. You can also go for counseling over the phone and even using the Internet to receive anxiety counseling. The phone counseling is convenient if you want to stay at home. You can also seek advice from the mental health facility if it is available near your house.

Some people do not like to receive any kind of counseling over the phone. This is usually due to nervousness and have social anxiety as well. There are people who do not like to open up to any authoritative voice instead prefer to a friendly person. They may feel shy to say something 'silly' or always be conscious about the other person is thinking about them. This makes things hard for them to concentrate.

The anxiety counseling can also be done through Internet. The person suffering from anxiety can e-mail his or her problems and in return can get solutions for reducing the stress. So do not to worry as there are lots of options. The best is to go for face-to-face counseling. Again, this depends on
you which methods works well for you.
