Anxiety is one of the most threatening diseases of this century and this is the obvious outcome of the huge stress that we have to take everyday. The classification of anxiety is very necessary for the exact treatment of these disease. There are lots of types of anxiety that are seen among all and sundry. Very few people are there who have not suffered from this disease. All these types of anxiety are linked to many sources and this is because without knowing the sources of the diseases it is impossible for the doctors to perform the right kind of treatment for the patients. Anxiety can be as fatal as being able to draw a person to his death. In fact there are huge instances of people committing suicides throughout the whole world out of this anxiety. Phobias and anxiety are synonymous to each other. The first most common kind of anxiety is known as the panic disorder. This is perhaps the most common disease in the whole world.

There are sudden attacks of anxiety which generally come from the excessive tension in someone's mind as well as excessive stress out of the job. Lots of malfunctions in the bodies of the patients are noticed and if not cured, they can easily result into severe mental problems. That is why the panic disorder should be taken very seriously and consulting a psychiatrist is the wisest decision to take from the part of the patient or for the members of his or her families. It has also been noticed that anxiety attacks take place every ten minutes in case of a person who is suffering from panic disorder.

Agoraphobia is one of the most important among all the types of anxiety. The main symptom of this disease shows the incapability of the people to mix with all and sundry in the society. This may have come out from the disaster in some interpersonal relationships in someone's life. The people suffering from these diseases become completely paranoid personalities. They become unable to talk to people and realize the others' positions in their lives. They do not even feel safe while they are alone. This is one of the types of anxiety that ultimately compels the person to commit suicide. Social Anxiety Disorder (SAD) is one of the most fatal types of anxiety. This type makes a person completely unable to understand all the social values. He or she starts disobeying the social customs and norms and ultimately gets involved in some illegal activities. So, this type, like all the other ones should be taken care of at the very primitive stage.

Generalized Anxiety is one of the commonest types of anxiety. This force people to get angry from small problems and there are disproportions among all their behaviors. GAD may any day result in huge mental problems and therefore the immediate treatments are necessary for the patients.
